Can I use texture powder everyday? - Hair styling powder for volume or texture is considered safe for hair so long as it's only left in one to three days and then washed out. It's also not recommended for long-term, consistent use because it can dry out hair strands.

What does Sea Salt Spray do? - Sea salt sprays add volume and texture, mimicking the beachy waves you'd get from a quick dip in the ocean. Using a sea salt spray is also the perfect way to refresh second-day hair; they absorb excess oil, create texture, volume, and give hair a matte finish.

Should sea salt spray be put on dry or wet hair? - Sea salt spray can be applied to damp or wet hair. It actually works well on unwashed hair, too as your natural oils give it something to grip onto, and you might have a head start on texture.

Does sea salt ever expire? - No, when properly stored and kept free from contaminants, sea salt has an indefinite shelf life. If sea salt changes colour, is it still safe to use? Yes, after prolonged storage, sea salt may change colour somewhat, but it will still be safe to consume.

What if my package doesn't arrive? - If your product doesn't arrive within 30 days of you placing your order we will grant you with a full refund or replacement. 

What if my product comes damaged? - If there is significant damage to your product that deems it as unusable, given that you provide us with photo proof, we will grant you with a replacement. 

What if I don't like my product? - Unfortunately we can't offer a refund if you simply aren't pleased with the results. This is due to the fact that we have countless examples of our products being used on different hair types on our TikTok page (@poseidonhair). What if it damages my hair? - Fortunately Poseidon products are extremely safe as they pass all UK regulation so this should not happen.
